Kevin Holland

Kevin Holland is a professional mixed martial artist, entrepreneur and actor. He has been fighting in the UFC since 2007. 

 

Kevin Holland is a former UFC fighter and has come out with his book about battling alcoholism and drug addiction. The book, which was released in April of 2019, will be an inspirational story for anyone who may have been struggling with drugs or alcohol themselves. After Kevin's career in the UFC ended, he put himself on the path to recovery.

Kevin Holland is a retired American mixed martial artist and former member of the National Guard who was active as an MMA fighter from 1999 to 2009. During his career, he fought for promotions such as UFC, MFC, KOTC, and RINGS.

Kevin Holland is a fighter with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He started out as an amateur, wrestling in high school and college, before transitioning to MMA. In 2010 he was given a professional contract by the UFC. He's now retired from fighting after suffering a knockout loss in 2018.

 

Kevin Holland is a mixed martial artist, and he made his UFC debut in December 2017. He's been ranked as high as #5 in the bantamweight division by Sherdog. Holland trains at American Top Team and has fought mainly for regional promotions like Capital City Cage Wars and Ringside MMA.

 

I had a lot of fun going to the event and meeting Kevin Holland. I would recommend going to a UFC event if you’ve never been before, even if you're not a fan of fighting.

 

Holland proved that a return to the bantamweight division can be a successful one. He took out Henrique da Silva with strikes in just 2 minutes and 34 seconds of the first round, and now he gets to defend his belt against Brett Johns.
