The Philadelphia Eagles have made a lot of progress on the offensive line. This year, they have had more stability and they are doing a better job protecting their quarterback. The depth of the team is showing through as well because if one player goes down, there is always someone else to take his place.

 

The Philadelphia Eagles are about to start their season with an enviable depth. Last year, the team had to make do with a decimated roster. The injury of starting quarterback Carson Wentz led to the resignation of Nick Foles and the eventual trade for Eli Manning in order to fill in at quarterback. 

Recently, however, there has been a surge of optimism coming out of Philadelphia. Gone are concerns over whether or not this is just another false dawn, instead replaced by belief that

 

The Philadelphia Eagles offensive line is one of the best in the league, and its depth was highlighted in last week's game against the Minnesota Vikings. 

 

This group has done a great job this season, but it faces an even tougher test when defending Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald on Thursday night.

 

The Philadelphia Eagles' offensive line depth has shone through this season. The team started the season with a few injuries and some inconsistent play, but since then it's been one of the league's best units. 

 

That's thanks to their front five starters and all of the depth that they have at tackle and guard positions.

 

Offensive lines are often overlooked, but their role is crucial. And the Philadelphia Eagles line has been one of the best in the NFL this season. 

 

The team’s depth will be tested this week with right guard Brandon Brooks dealing with a knee injury and starting center Jason Kelce battling an abdominal injury. 

 

Left tackle Lane Johnson (concussion) is also out for Sunday’s game against Washington, but it looks like he'll be able to return for next week's game against Dallas.

 

The Philadelphia Eagles are one of the best teams in the NFL, with a defensive line that includes star players like Fletcher Cox and Brandon Graham. 

 

On offense, their linemen have been solid this season, especially at guard. The Eagles’ depth has shined through this year.

 

With the Eagles' first two offensive line starters, Jason Peters and Brandon Brooks, out for the year with injuries, fans are understandably on edge. Yet, through four games played this season, Philadelphia has allowed only five sacks. 

 

And while some of that is certainly due to opponents blitzing less against them in order to avoid their secondary issues, it's clear that there are players waiting in the wings who can fill in if needed.

 

The injury to Carson Wentz has been devastating for the team, but they have come together to persevere. The depth of their offensive line is one of the most underrated factors in their success this season.
