Penn State football started the season with a bang, and now they're 5-0.

Penn State Football is having a great year so far. They have been undefeated with five wins and zero losses, defeating Indiana 24-0 Saturday night at Beaver Stadium.

In the first quarter the Nittany Lions defense did a good job by shutting out the Hoosiers and only allowing them to get one first down (via penalty). At halftime Penn State was ahead 17-0 over Indiana.

The score stayed like that until the fourth quarter when they scored 14 more points for their final.

Penn State is off to its best start since 2008. The last time the Nittany Lions were 5-0 was in 2008 when they went on to win 10 games, play in the Rose Bowl and beat USC for their first national championship in decades.

It's easy to get excited about this team because it looks like Penn State has found a recipe for success that works: great defense and an offense that's finally healthy and productive.

Penn State football is undefeated this season after Saturday night’s 24-0 victory over Indiana.

The team moved to 5-0 on the year with a convincing win at Beaver Stadium. Penn State’s offense, led by Trace McSorley and Miles Sanders, dominated the game against an Indiana defense that was regarded as one of the best in college football entering Week Six.

Penn State (5-0) has now won five straight games since losing to Ohio State in Columbus back on September 29th.

It was the second game in a row without Saquon Barkley, who is expected to return this week against Michigan State. Penn State played Indiana Saturday night at Beaver Stadium and defeated them 24-0.

The Nittany Lions’ 5-0 start is their best beginning since 2008 when they started 6-0 under then head coach Joe Paterno.

Penn State's defense has been the backbone of its undefeated start to the season.

Saturday night, it controlled Indiana's offense by forcing two turnovers and allowing just 184 yards. It was Penn State's first shutout since 2009, which helped give coach James Franklin his first 5-0 start at PSU.
